About
Hi, I'm Missy Ramey
Cited & Seen Founder
I’ve spent my career at the intersection of publishing, digital transformation, and content optimization. I’m not a data scientist. I’m a marketer who translates complex technical systems into practical, usable strategies.
It matters to me to do work that has real impact. As AI becomes the first place people go for answers, mission-driven organizations need to actively shape how their expertise is understood, trusted, and cited by these systems.
Cited & Seen exists to help organizations simplify their content ecosystems, clarify their authority, and ensure their work is visible where decisions are now being made.
Why Cited and Seen?
AI search has rewritten the map.
To be found, organizations need three things: visibility that signals where they are, trust markers that prove they’re a reliable destination, and a content ecosystem built for the long road ahead.
Cited and Seen brings those pieces together, giving content-driven and mission-based organizations the clarity, structure, and strategy they need to optimize for AI Search and stay discoverable in an AI-powered world.
Let us help you in your journey to be found!

AI disclosure - How I use AI at Cited and Seen
AI Tools I use:
- Video editing and transcription: Descript
- Slide creation: Gamma
- Website platform and delivery: Kajabi
- Writing support: ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, and similar tools. These tools do not write my content for me. They help me edit, iterate, and refine.
As tools evolve, I periodically test new platforms to understand their capabilities and limitations. This disclosure will be updated if my usage meaningfully changes.
